Default Clean & Shiny Engine?

I would like to wipe down my engines and my boat is in the water, so I am looking for something I can spray on a cloth or the engines and then wipe them down. Any recommendations for something that is non-flammable?

Are you looking for a degreaser or something to "dress them up"?

There is a environmentally friendly degreaser called Detailers Pro.

I am not aware of a marine specific product to dress up the engine. I would think that maybe a product used on motor cycles would work? Like S100? Maybe a "go-fast" forum would have some info on that.

I am looking for a product that will clean and protect the engines. They are not to the point of needing a degreaser and I hope to keep them that way.
