Default 98-2800scr Headliner

My headliner above the bed in the bow is starting to come down, it feels like it is backed with 1" foam. Do I need to pull the whole thing down and re-glue? If so, what type of glue?

Is that a contact cement type adhesive, ie. apply to both sides, let dry, attach?

you can apply to one side...let stand for a few seconds...then press the material onto the glue...put pressure on it to keep it in contact until it sets...which I think the instructions say about an hr..not sure since it's been awhile since I used it....
