Default 2000 2300 SR Fuse panel under dash

Been lurking here for a while and first post.
Picked up the above boat a little while back and found recently that my bilge pump is not wired correctly. No wonder it didn't come on when I had a shift cable bellow fail. Luckily I was at the dock when I noticed or it could be at the bottom of the lake had I not had another issue that foiled our plans for the day.
Does anyone have a picture of the fuse panel under the dash they could send? I found one fuse that has no wire to it but a fuse in the block.

There are two fuses for the bilge pump. The one under the helm is for the manual switch at the helm which turns on the pump full time. There is another fuse typically near the battery switch that provides power to the float switch which will turn on the pump when high water raises the float. Have you tested both of these? Not uncommon for float switches to go bad.

After I posted this last night, I was reading some of the discussions from a few years ago and was able to find that in a lot of boat manufactures, they used yellow as the ground in the boat wiring instead of typical black.
I just went out and switched the wiring at the bilge pump and it now works.
I am more curious now of what the missing wire at the fuse panel is/was used for.

The boating industry switched to using yellow for DC negative because people were confusing it with AC hot resulting damage or fires. Cruisers and bigger boats have both DC and AC circuits.
