Default Remove throttle handle - maxum2100SC

Hi all
Just bought a maxum2100SC, where we intend to renovate the leather.
For this we need to remove the gas throttle handle. However we can only find videos etc for a quick silver throttle, and the center bottom on our handle seems different?
Anyone knowing if we just need to pop out the “gas free” center button or is there a different approach ti get the handle disassembled?

Default Solved

We found the solution. It was just to pry it out hoping that not too many “plastic ends” broke off
We are now missing 1 or the 4 plastic holders, it come off and we hope the remaining 3 “holders” will be enough when we reassemble everything again.

That part is replaceable. Mercury/Mercruiser/Quicksilver Commander 3000 Throttle.

Part: 822212/822212T

The part is around $5.00 USD. Shipping will probably be more than the part.
