Default how do you convert to fresh water cooled manifold/exhaust?

my 01 3500 has the merc 7.4 efi engines that are already Fresh water cooled, but I believe the exh manifolds (or just the risers maybe?) are raw. How can you convert these to be fresh water cooled?

I believe that the risers have to be FWC models ..basically they return the coolant back to the engine after it has cooled the risers...and manifolds...then back to the heat exchanger...

is there any benefits of doing that if the manifolds themselves are already FWC?

if your manifolds are fwc'd..then your engine should be fwc'd also....
