Default Exhaust fumes from starboard cooling vent

Wondering if this is normal. I fired up the engine after a long slumber over winter and noticed exhaust fumes come out the starboard cooling side. Engine would have had some fogging agent and Stabil in the fuel. Some googling said this may be normal? but would love a second opinion

Also is the lag time to fill the cooling system ok? and more importantly the volume of water expelled is adequate?

Thanks!

For your first question I’m assuming you are referring to the idle exhaust port on the transom assembly, correct? If so yes fogging oil will burn off as smoke and it the boat is not level it may tend to one side.

If the cooling system was drained there will be some time to fill it before you start seeing it flowing out the back.

Not sure how to answer your last question. Water in equals water out.
