Default crossed lines

I just had the boat winterized, I went to pickup my canvas and mechanic tells me that he thinks the PO crossed the oil lines because the filter was cold. This is after he ran the engine for 10 mins. I ran the boat this summer maybe 20 hrs. will that have done any damage to anything? The boat is a 1998 maxum 2800 scr.

I don't think it did any damage to the engine..you would have heard it and felt it ...what I'd do if it were me is...

next spring when you recommision the boat....(hopefully the lines are installed properly now)...pour a can of engine mechanic into the oil ....run it for about 15 mins on muffs...then drain the oil...change the filter....pour in fresh oil...and run it....
the other thing I think I'd check is compression on all cylinders.....make sure there's no ring damage .....

SP :hello:
