Yes it is a 2 barrel and spring needle, all was done as you said

After verifying the float heights, did it pass the ‘blow test’?
If your still hearing air blow by when the float is held up/closed, the needle & seat would be your next culprit to investigate.

Ok question, on the Guage they give you with the kit on the mm side they have 1234 would 27mm be 2 + 7 notches, there no instructions for that

I would Use a scale with metric markings instead of that junk from the kit.
