I would replace the manifold also, it look too rusted for it to flow properly.

just an update.
replaced the manifold and riser.
its back to running at the correct temp.

anyone have any luck finding a 142 degree thermostat? for the 3.0?
i bought 3 so far and there all 160 even though they say 142
