Female/male whatever sellers will try and take advantage of anyone. Have you already purchased the boat or still in the process. The surveyor should provide a written report with exactly what is identified as issues. Also get the thing of bob the broker was supposed to provide in writing so you know exactly what it is. Did you have a broker representing you?
