Where to instal Subwoofer in 3000 SCR

Hey fellow Maxum owners!

Has anyone cut the whole and found a good location for the subwoofer?

I am thinking under the companion seat? Or under a rear seat? Or near the sink somewhere?

If anyone has done this or knows a good spot it would be super helpful!

I haven’t installed one in mine yet, but I have poked into just about every corner.
Only places that would have clearance without loosing storage space would be on the outside cockpit walls. stbd side forward of the sink aft of the sink or portside behind the cooler. The arch is another option, near where the factory speakers are, providing the sub isn’t too deep.
If you don’t mind loosing storage, subs could be placed under the aft seat.
There isn’t any depth in the helm seat area either, as it’s fairly tight to accommodate the aft cabin headroom.

Take a crawl into the ER and poke your head up into the gunnel spaces. You’ll see what space you have to work with.
