Default Trim tab new wires

Has anyone installed new trim tab wires without removing the outdrive and
bellhousing. How hard it to get the bolt back in on a gen 2 outdrive that has one bolt.

Thanks

I think you are referring to the trim sensors and not trim tabs. I did it one using a universal socket, the socket was shallower than normal. It was a PIA and since then i just wait until it's time to replace the bellows.

Default trim sensor wires

Thanks Mike.

Was the problem with reinstalling the bolt or was it anything else. And any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mark

Mark besides getting the bolt starter the positioning of the retainer was difficult.
