Default Transducer Location

Hi, I just joined...greetings from Chile, Southamerica...
I own a great 2100SR (1997). I purchased a Hawkeye depth sounder and I would really appreciate if you could suggest me a good spot to glue the transducer in hull...
Pleased to hear
Regards

Welcome aboard

It's best to mount the transducer in the engine compartment where it won't get stepped on and near the center line so it's shooting as close to straight down as possible however it will have a slight angle.
