Default SE 3100 - Interior Lights not working

My boat has power to everything inside; ie. fridge, range, water pump, micro-

The upper deck lights work, but the interior lights are not working.

I've reset the main breaker in the interior cabin, but it hasn't solved the problem. Is there another breaker in the boat for the interior lights?

what am i missing?

Be aware of what is running on your 12VDC system and what is on the 120(110) VAC systems. Batteries supply the 12 volt to lights, starter, pressure water pump (sinks), stereo, helm. 120VAC is supplied from short power (or onboard generator). It can also supply Fridge, however it exclusively supplies stove, microwave, Air Conditioning, battery charger.

The main breaker panel is for 120VAC only. The items you listed in troubleshooting are mostly 120VAC and would not be applicable.
