Red face Replace or repair gauges?

I have a 2004 2100 sd. 260 horse. With Faria gauges.
I bought this boat last year with the tach and voltmeter not working. I did the troubleshooting and both are getting the correct power ( I used a tach to check the tach signal).

Faria will repair them for about the same price I can buy a new complete set of gauges from Great Lakes Skipper..

Seems like a no brainer to buy the set of gauges for the same price. Then all would be new, would match, etc. I was just curious if there were any unexpected problems I may run into when I go to install new gauges... Vs my repaired ones.

Thanks in advance!!!

Sled as long as the new ones are the same diameter as the current gauges I would get the new set.

Nice winter project to give the helm a facelift.
