Radio/Stereo Maxum 3500 SY

I have problem with the radio not working...although it works and I get fuzz, I cant pick up anything? Where is the antenna located on this model? Cant find a connection anywhere?
Any and all help would be appreciated.

the antenna is one of those flex units that attaches to the back of the radio and just hangs down....it may still be curled up cuz the installer forgot to let it out.....pull the unit and check for the antenna cable in the back of the unit...
