Default Power tilt switch

Im having problems with my power tilt on my 1998 1900sr mercruiser 4.3
Ive changed both solenoids and I had it working on the down switch and trailer switch but not on the up switch. This was intermittent and now doesnt work at all.
Im thinking its either the switch itself or the wiring harness to the pump.
Anyone got any ideas?
How do I remove the switch from the throttle control if it is that??

Thanks!

I'd think it's the switch if you replaced the solenoids .....as to how to get into the switch...I'd contact the maxum shop locally and see if they will print out the exploded view of the assy....usually they will help you out....
