2003 Maxum 2100SC Fuse Box... Where is it?

Hey Maxum owners,

Is there anyone here that can point me in the right direction to find the fuse box? I need to check the fuse for the bilge pump, because it's not flicking on automatically or from the switch. I just want to check the fuses, before looking at changing the pump.

The fuse box should be under the helm probably behind an access panel. The float switch fuse may be near the battery switch.
