Hello fellow boaters. I have a 1999 4100 scb, and am having trouble with upper helm anchor switch. It will let me lower anchor, but then I can't stop or retrieve it. Paddle switches at windlass working fine. Before I tear panel off dash to troubleshoot switch, I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. Is it a DPDT switch? DPST? Momentary on? They are contura switches. Thanks for any responses.
