Hello all

Patrick Here

In process of purchasing a 3500SY and I am very excited to get to working on it. Mechanic is currently going through all of the mechanicals Engines, Generator, AC etc.

Then I get to clean and buff her into what looks like can be excellent condition.

I found the Owners manual for a 3700 on the site. Does anyone know if there is a 3500 available? 3700 looks very close. Cabin layout just a little different.

Any pointers on what to check would be greatly appreciated.

This will be my ?? boat. I have been thru a lot of them and currently have a 25 Nauticstar and a 28 Carolina Classic both of which are for sale. My fishing will be with friends on their boats.
The Maxum will be for cruising along the rivers and then down around the coast in NC.

This site looks like a wealth of information.
I will post pics as I work my way thru the boat and upgrade switch banks etc.

Cheers
Patrick

Welcome aboard Patrick!

Is this a gas or diesel powered boat? If diesel you should also join a forum for their manufacture. Not many diesel owners here.

Did you find the Mercruiser engine manual under Documents. It’s very helpful.
