Thanks a ton. Should have the engine out by tomorrow morning. Then re-installed in a couple weeks. Hopefully we'll have it up and running before too long.

Cool. Thanks. I stayed out late and removed the out drive. Is there anything else I need to remove like the Bellows? I already have everything off the engine block except the piece directly behind...

My concerns are once the engine is removed will...

My concerns are once the engine is removed will there be added stress on the transom because the engine is not providing the counterweight? Or does it have enough support from other means?
