Definitely want to run several sacrificial anodes if you are going to be in salt water. It’ll munch that intake up like a chocolate cookie. Not sure that air cleaner is "flash suppressant" rated...

A little extra time is worth it if they have actually done a good job. Are they using your intake, carb, exhaust etc? Is this just break-in or an actual dynamometer?

ALSO notice that timing mark on the harmonic balancer…. Make sure you drop the distributor back in the correct cam grove. You don’t even want to try and correct it IN the boat.

You can probably just go over them with a little emery cloth to get off the tarnish. You can also test them with an ohm meter, they don’t often go bad.

On a side note… what was in that glass? :)...
