Yes that is it.....I have seen this with holes already in it and some without. At the bottom of your bow pad will have the plastic tube sewn into it. Slides in and should have snaps at windshield end.

Not Maxum specific....the rear port seat bottom...

Not Maxum specific....the rear port seat bottom will have 2 stainless "loops" that are supposed to clip/slide into to keep seat from sliding forward.

The plastic piece is just like some boats have...
