I do have a couple questions though. Does the trim motor stop running when it's all the way down? I'm noticing my trim indicator is always down...

Hey all just bought a 94 Maxum 2300 SC 5.7L Mercruiser Engine.
New to owning a boat and have a few questions.

1. Any starting tips would help. Cold or Hot. Have only had one minor issue so far....
