This boat has a manual flush, so I am assuming...

This boat has a manual flush, so I am assuming that it must be lake water for it.
I haven't seen a wash down pump in the bilge so I'm assuming that's not std equipment for that model.

On the 96 era 3200SCR's, is the toilet water from the fresh water holding tank or lake/ocean water?
Also, is there a wash down pump system?
