Yeah, I've repaired/replaced many steering pins/seals over the years. I was commenting on patching up the hole they started drilling. Not a clue why they quit mid way, but glad they did.

Nice looking boat! Have a few things to repair, but got a smoking deal!

Looks like the Previous owner didn't care of the zincs.
