After removing my skirt and growing a set, I just went and started to dis assemble the control, it was actually very easy to do, I removed the throttle cable in question and the control...

well...I did remove the four screws that hold the...

well...I did remove the four screws that hold the control in place, and when I pulled the control straight up and out, I didn't see any way to remove the cables. I didn't want to go and break...
