The water got over the starter. Won't be able to mess with it for a few days. Will let you know what happens then....

Thanks for the info on service manuals Mike. I forgot about drain plug and boat filled with rain water while sitting for several months. Had some health issues I was dealing with and never paid attn...

I've got a 1991 Maxum 1800SR. Ran great last year, but it won't start now. Trying to find a service manual, without much luck. Anyone know where i can find 1 in NW Indiana ? Thank you
