I have checked and rechecked and it is in neutral. I know some boats you have to pull out the knob under the throttle but it doesn't seam this one does that.

Trying to get a 2000 SR3 started after sitting for 2 years. Full charge on the battery but and all I am getting is a buzzer when turning key. I am not familiar with this boat so am I missing...
