FYI to all. The tips and tricks from the other sites worked. I very conservatively sprayed a drop of WD40 under each button on the key pad. It did the trick.

I've got the above stove in my 99 3000SCR. It has never been used. It's not working and I've seen other comments that the keypad can fail. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for this unit?
