I have a 1997 1900 sr with a 4.3 and love it.....

I have a 1997 1900 sr with a 4.3 and love it.. like you I do both fish and ski/tube... I do think if you are going to be doing a fair amount of tubing/skiing you will want the maxum... the 4.3's are...
