anybody have any info in how to remove/fix the...

anybody have any info in how to remove/fix the glass in the frame??
and I figured out why it came out... when I put the cover on I run a rope from the front 2 cleats back to the ski rope attachment...

not as of yet for sure... from the start I had...

not as of yet for sure... from the start I had noticed that it did not look like it was in there correctly... but this last time out as I was getting it ready to launch I noticed it was actually out...
