Steer hard

If i rev it up in my slip same thing ? There are only 2 parts to it , Ram or PS pump or any ideas out there my ears are open LOL

Since i have had my boat (5 Years) the steering has always been snug . This winter i removed both motors and rebuilt transom assembles when done there was no play or leaks i could move drives out of...
