I did a interstice inspection ? Its got a drip...

I did a interstice inspection ? Its got a drip every min or so from the plastic elbow area witch sucks water in? so maybe the oil line below it that goes to drive reservoir. thats the area i see it...

leaks every time when underway rough water leaks...

leaks every time when underway rough water leaks more cant see it?
Never when in slip and it is all under water at slip i fig it would leak with full tank of fuel nope not a drop??

I have a small leak on starboard eng only when underway ?? speedo is on port housing ? any ideas would help . Its a 1998 32 scr bravo 3 drives Seems to be drip in center almost like the top seal on...
