No reply from the dealer or their corporate office. I did however get ahold of my sales person who was on holiday. He gave me a copy of the warranty authorization as back up to present to the service...

I have been having problems with my dealer since I purchased my boat 3 months ago. Not one dealing has gone smooth with them. The latest is for an issue that was reported a week after I took delivery...
