Bumping this up from last year just to update you...

Bumping this up from last year just to update you guys. Finally took the out drive off last week; found that pesky exhaust flapper. I think I probably dodged a bullet here...

A decent amount of water was pumping into the bilge when the engine was running from around those top hose clamps. That grey wire you can see on the lower left of the pic is about 5" below the water...
