Starboard engine burning 50% more gas than port!!!!!!!!!

I just fix this issue I had for a while... signs are not running smooth at idle, unburn fuel coming out the exhaust, burning as much as 50% more fuel, white smoke, fuel pressure at fuel rail 45 psi...
