ok, saw some pictures and videos - it is supposed to flip down off top of engine covers and have cup holders. mine has no cup holders so must have rotted off or prev owner replaced. anyone have any...

By the way - anyone know what they have hinged padded spot over engine cover? I can'y think of any reason why it is hinged?????
