yeah...you should have 12vdc easily....or...

yeah...you should have 12vdc easily....or actually 13.5vdc....check the connections ....maybe corroded...

well...it should go down with the drive switches...

well...it should go down with the drive switches on the throttle quadrant....if not...on the pump there is 2 relays...one for up..one for down....short the one for down with a jumper wire...that...
