there might be one where the fuel line goes into...

there might be one where the fuel line goes into the carb....then there is a screen in the fuel tank that sometimes gets blocked with debris....really simple to get too if your tank is exposed...

did you replace your filters??ie fuel filters??....I had something like that would hit the throttle and we'd take off.. only to have the rpms drop and sputter and just lug...then let off and it wojld...
