not sure since I have a built in Kohler...

not sure since I have a built in Kohler genny....maybe a little more pricey but they are the best and quietest....
I'd definitely go with the honda...

none....the unit is internally grounded and I know several people that run theirs all the time....
not an issue...it's the same as having a genny installed on your boat engine bay....the 3 wires...
