scout...the other thing to check is the connections at the back of the gauge...if they are corroded..the tach will not work or act goofy....congrats on the new boat-toy.....now you can spend lots of...

Scout bought the boat....said everything went well cept for a few minor items which can be fixed easy enough...

best of luck with the new toy...hope you have many hrs of fun.....now take a boat...

what your checking the oil for is water in the oil...foamy....good luck with the water test...check acceleration...drive movement from lock to lock on the steering....check the drive coming up and...

well...since it's a used boat...several things need to be checked....check the oil in the outdrive..when was it serviced last....do a compression check.....when was the last time he changed the oil...
