since the swim step is mentioned...I know that filling it in with foam and then glassing the bottom of it in..smoothing it out and shaping it to be fairly flat would help alot....so..that's something...

Whoa!!..before you go buying all these props and removing this and that....first off..at 50 mph..what is your WOT??...you should be hitting between 4400-4800 rpm....that's the max you should be...
