well...I'd try that 3m glue...that might...

well...I'd try that 3m glue...that might work....apply it..let it get tacky..and then tape it down for a bit...

how bout taking it off and replacing with a new...

how bout taking it off and replacing with a new one...I've found that when they start to come up...no glue will work for long....
