That is a weird size. Going from an existing 5" hole to a 6.5" is going to be tricky. As is finding a exterior/marine 5" speaker.

You only live 20 miles away (I'm sure it seems inconvenient, but coming from someone who lives 129 miles away from the boat, that would be a dream to me).

I would just go to the boat, remove one...
