I would think if the vent for the fresh water...

I would think if the vent for the fresh water tank was clogged all of the sinks would be affected not just the galley. However if removing the fill cap causes an increase in pressure at the galley...

You cleaned the aerator and the pressure did not improve, correct? Do you have flow with the aerator off? There is no factory filter other than what’s on the pumps output.
