I think it can be done but will be tight....

I think it can be done but will be tight. Remember the crank pulley has to come off the the puller bolts directly to the damper. He may need to remove the puller before being able to slide the damper...

Yes the balancer can be pulled without removing the engine and the front crank seal prayed out of the timing chain cove and replaced, however with that much oil leaking I would look at the front oil...
