I have not and I’m not fond of them as they increase stress on the cavitation plate of the drive as well as components on the transom assembly, neither of which were designed for this. Tabs apply...

For your 19' boat you may be able to use smart tabs that are less expensive than trim tabs. The actuator is spring loaded instead of an adjustable ram.
