Ok so now its between the cable and throttle....

Ok so now its between the cable and throttle. Need to disconnect the cable at the throttle to isolate.

I believe the dual station unit also has...

I believe the dual station unit also has adjustable drag screws. note the issue may be a stiff throttle cable, try disconnecting it at the engine to see if it makes a difference then at the throttle...
