Some times you need to add water to the tank....
Some times you need to add water to the tank. Also if it's been in there for some time it will solidify, water and wave action may break this up.

Locate the waste hose going from the holding tank to the deck pumpout fitting. if it is a direct run there is no Y-valve and the boat is not equipment for over board pumpout.
